TERMS OF USE FOR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF CLAIMS RELATED DOCUMENTS
Norman & Company, Inc./Classic, and their subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively, “Classic”) are pleased to offer electronic delivery (“E-Delivery”) of claims related notices, services and documents (“Documents”).
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By electing to enroll in our E-Delivery option, you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. Please note: You should only consent if you agree with all of these terms and conditions.
By consenting to E-Delivery, you accept and agree to the following:
I agree to submit claims-related Documents in electronic form and receive claims-related emails on behalf of the Lender identified in my enrollment application and its mutual customers with Classic.
I will submit documents and receive emails related to customer claims, including but not limited to estimates, correspondence, status letters, claim forms, claim surveys, and information about related services by E-Delivery. Classic understands that there may be some documents that cannot be delivered electronically due to legal and/or technological constraints, these documents may be submitted via a mail delivery service to our office at 13401 McCormick Drive, Tampa, FL 33626. Any documents that Classic cannot send via E-Delivery will be delivered via United States Postal Service (USPS) to the customer’s postal address on record.
When new documents submitted have been reviewed or new documents for review are available, Classic will send the customer an email message with confirmation. It is my responsibility to log in to the website to upload documents related to customer claims.
There is no charge for E-Delivery of claims-related Documents, but costs associated with electronic access to the E-Delivery Documents may occur, such as usage charges from Internet access providers and telephone companies. Classic is not responsible for any damages to computer hardware or software; injury as a result of power failures or power spikes, or telephone or internet interruptions or other expenses in relation to use of E-DeliveryA paper copy of any claims-related Document at no charge by contacting Classic at 800-930-4633.
I understand the minimum hardware and software requirements for E-Delivery.
E-Delivery Documents will be delivered in .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .tiff, .tif, .png, .zip, .mov, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, or .docx format.
I understand that I must have an email account and access to an internet browser.
I will provide Classic with a working email address.
I understand that I will need to maintain a current email address with Classic and ensure that it is active and capable of receiving new emails. To do this, I will ensure that my email account has sufficient space for new emails and that my email server and spam-blocking software do not block Classic emails.
I understand that Classic is not responsible for problems arising from emails sent to an inactive or out-of-date email address, unless Classic is solely negligent for using an incorrect address.
Authorized Lender Representative Acknowledgment
By accepting these terms, I acknowledge and represent that:
- I am an employee or representative of the Lender identified on my enrollment application.
- I have been duly authorized by the Lender to access Classic’s secure portal, submit, and receive documents related to GAP or other claims on behalf of our mutual customers.
- I understand that all actions taken under my login credentials will be considered actions of the Lender I represent.
- I will comply with all applicable privacy, data security, and confidentiality obligations when handling customer or claim information.
- I will promptly notify Classic if my authorization changes, or if I am no longer employed by or authorized to act on behalf of the Lender.
I understand that Classic may modify these terms and conditions at any time.
My continued participation in this E-Delivery option will constitute my acceptance of any revisions to the Terms and Conditions. Please check the Terms and Conditions on www.classictrak.com/terms-and-conditions-lender regularly. We are not required to deliver information electronically and may discontinue electronic delivery in whole or in part at any time.
