Your Guide to What’s Ahead
For existing claims and new claims, a new account must be created beginning May 12, 2025. It is imperative that the information you enter to create your account is the same information listed on your GAP waiver.
In an effort to make this process as smooth as possible, please refer to this user guide that provides the process step by step. GAP Claims Portal User Guide
Required information to create a new account:

- The GAP waiver number (usually in the upper right corner)
- The first and last name exactly as it appears on the GAP waiver
Once the contract is located, there will be a couple of other verification questions that must be answered before the account can be verified.
During the process of creating an account, an email verification will be sent. The email address must be verified prior to completing the claim creation process.
